Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort is one of Leinster’s most scenic golfing destinations, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Wicklow Mountains and bordered by the Blessington Lakes. Recognised among Ireland’s top championship courses, Tulfarris consistently earns praise from both amateurs and professionals for its challenge and charm.
The Challenge
Since acquiring Tulfarris in 2016, PREM Group has invested over €6 million to restore the historic Manor House, improve the surrounding grounds, and upgrade golfing facilities. With the physical transformation well underway, PREM Group engaged mygolfGroup to help ensure the golf business matched the same high standard.
Our brief was to support the resort’s golf operations through a comprehensive service that would strengthen revenue streams, enhance member and visitor experiences, and bring greater structure to the business side of the operation.
The Solution
To guide the next phase of development, mygolfGroup conducted a full venue audit and worked closely with both the on-site golf team and senior management to implement a bespoke improvement plan. Our ongoing involvement is focused on five key areas:
